Now I am 34 years old. She started working on her problem at the age of 17. Being inexperienced, the young girl tried to treat acne in the beautician’s office. I will say that for the deep form of acne, this is a waste of money and a high risk of complications and infections. He first treated the acne from a gynecologist (by adjusting the hormones), although the pimples started reappearing. A stable result has already been obtained from a dermatologist with the use of antibiotics and healing ointments. After that, there was a problem – scars. This is what I did: deep laser polishing 10 years ago, after 4 years I made a chemical middle peel like TSA. Two years ago I did the DEC laser lift and a few weeks ago I did the fraxel laser polishing. For 10 years I have been doing various small scrubs, cleansing.
Now, in detail about the effects of each procedure.
1. Deep laser polishing. Since it was 10 years ago, I couldn’t tell what the laser was, but it was definitely not “grid shape”. I was just skinless. I did not sit in bandages, I did not go to bandages. The rehabilitation lasted exactly 2 weeks. Then, with a red face and tone, he went to work. I didn’t see the effect of this procedure until a year later! The scars really got less noticeable! I would say they have definitely decreased by 50%. But there were side effects – the skin got very thick, I suspect my pores are now very large and therefore constantly clogged. From the slightest cold, heat, alcohol, the face is red. And the most unpleasant thing that remained for life was that the velvety disappeared from the skin, without the powder, the top layer of the epidermis was removed. I can tell,

Middle chemical peeling. It was the worst procedure for me. They promised to reduce scars by 30%, but I didn’t see any effect. But what are the side effects – red skin that won’t go through the years! The laser sensitivity is not on par! After peeling, my skin was about 4 years old, if not older, it reacted instantly and turned red like cancer. It was a horror movie. Gradually, such reactivity blunted, but the sauna, frost, skin was redder than usual. And also on the day of the procedure, a small pimple jumped on my face, the beautician removed it, the liquid ran out and in this place, after peeling, a scar was formed that did not pass. So the middle chemical ball, a procedure that is out of control!
3. Tightening the skin with the DEC laser. Since I was over 30 years old, I wanted to tighten the oval. The cosmetologist has promised that it will also have a positive effect on scars. I must say that this time I went to an experienced doctor. The procedure itself seemed almost painless (compared to grinding). Although I did deeper. The rehabilitation period was 10 days, the skin doesn’t care! After the procedure, a mesh forms on the surface of the face, which became less noticeable within a month and completely disappeared within a year. I can say she did not bother me. As for braces, a photo comparison I will say for sure – the effect is there. There were even rumors at work that I had a facelift! But I would do it. As for the scars, maybe 10% smoothes out. But very slightly.
4. Grinding with a fractional laser. Since I did it 2 weeks ago, it’s too early to talk about results. But judging by the sensations, I understand that I will never do this procedure again. The skin is still red, with the slightest uncontrolled touch it damages immediately. The face was narrowed. There is a strange feeling in the skin on the forehead, as if someone is meddling there … I understand that renovation is a year, not less! Terrible traces of mesh on the forehead, much deeper than those of DECI, are very worried about them. The cosmetologist said that for a good effect you need to do more in 3 weeks, but I already understand that my skin just can’t take it.
After such a long time, after going through a few procedures in the name of smooth skin and drawing conclusions, I can say that if I had the opportunity to turn back time, I wouldn’t do it: deep sanding, medium chemical peeling, and fractional rejuvenation. I believe these procedures seriously damaged my skin! It has become more oily, porous, bumpy.
What would I do and what helped me the most? This is a regular cleaning at least once a month and the usual cycle of seasonal chemical surface peels (almond, salicylic). They made my skin radiant, my pores were narrowed to the maximum and I looked good in the photos without photoshop!
Now I understand that only time and regular care can seriously improve skin relief, it may take 10 years but skin gets better every year! And I, like many others, have tried to find a way that can get rid of scars once and for all. DO NOT BELIEVE! THIS METHODS DO NOT EXIST! The ad describes the possible outcome very colorfully, but no one talks about the side effects, but they are much worse than the result and sometimes not at all.

By the way, my scars are very deep and I need about 8 such procedures for a tolerable skin type. My procedure took place at medium laser settings, so to speak, “for the sample”.

Laser radiation helps to remove dead epidermal cells and at the same time stimulates regenerative processes in the skin of the face. It is important for the laser to act selectively, the doctor-cosmetologist individually selects the necessary laser wavelength for you, depending on the type of skin and the problem that needs to be solved.

It is worth saying that this is true. The ray very carefully affects the skin, and after 3 days you can already apply makeup and go out! The procedure is very convenient.

Indications for laser rejuvenation:

• prevention of postoperative scars;

I’ll tell you how the laser peeling goes:

First, a special cream is applied to the skin to help numb the skin. After 30-40 minutes, you can start the procedure. I will say from myself that I did not feel the NO pain. To me, the photo rejuvenation procedure just seemed like hell compared to laser peeling. True, you will have to suffer from the smell of your own burnt skin, but the result is worth it, believe me. After peeling, “Bepanten Plus” is applied to the skin and allows you to go home to detach and suffer on the first day.

Laser peeling diary:

1 day I feel like my skin is burning. Dormant pain, wounded breathing, the distinctive feature of the rash. I treat the skin with saline, chlorhexidine and bepantenom plus. He’s been relieving pain lately.

Two days. The skin stopped hurting. I still use the cream.

Three days. Due to the fat content of bepanthene, a few pustular acne is poured (the beautician warned about this). I went to university, set up a foundation. Almost imperceptible.

4-7 days. The skin is slightly flaky and refreshed.

After peeling, make sure to use sunscreen at least SPF 30 in winter (I have an SPF 50).

By the way, now my skin is still a little red, which is normal. The result of this procedure is. The bottom of the scar has been raised, it no longer needs to be filled with a foundation to avoid the blackness of the “crater”. The acne spots cleared up, but didn’t completely disappear. One procedure cost me 2,750 rubles, and PLN 600 was spent on peeling skin care products (not including sunscreen).

The full effect of the treatment is noticeable only after 3 months! And it’s true, the effect is really increasing. It’s been 1.5 months so far and here is my result:

The last procedure was done on March 4. The sun is now active. Increased power with a cosmetic bag. For more than a day and a half, the gosh flew like an abnormal little underground world. I refused Bepantenov, used methyluracil ointment. The result of one procedure can be seen in the photo (don’t be afraid of red, the photo was taken on the 8th day after the LS, on the skin foundation).
