Directions For Essential Acne Home Regimen
Morning regimen - AM
Apply Sage Scrub on the dry skin
Massage gently into skin with fingertips at least one minute.
Important: Don’t rinse off scrub if you use Herbal Ice Cubes
Massage face with Herbal Ice Cube
Ice a cube all over the face using circular movements ( around 5 minutes)
Tip: Ice is micro-abrasive, and helps open pores and add oxygen to the skin. The medicinal herbs in the ice serve to regenerate and soothe inflammation.
Wipe Sage Scrub with a washcloth
Cover the face with a washcloth and hold it while it is warm. Heat will saturate your skin.
Starting with the forehead, wipe hard to remove the green paste with the washcloth.
Tip: Wiping is actually cleansing and exfoliating.
Rinse face
● Cup hands under water and splash on the face.
● Use hands to rub your face full of water. Keep doing this until the skin is squeaky clean.
Dry and buff skin with new washcloth. Use a half of a clean towel to rub your face until it is dry. The other half of the dry towel folds and sand/buff skin.
Tip: Buffing removes remaining dead skin cells.
Apply Herbal Toner
Pointing the nozzle 3-4 inches from the face, liberally spray as much as will absorb into your face.
In the same way as above, spray moisturizer on both cheeks, forehead, and chin. Rub moisturizer into the face so that it is equally saturated. Reduce sprays if the skin is oily – a little goes a long way.
Tip: Propolis is a natural antibiotic that kills bacteria and fungus. More importantly, propolis regenerates skin and promotes healing fast.
Spritz lavishly all over face (the more, the better – let your skin swim in the moisture). This formula hydrates skin and is 100% antioxidizing, making your skin supple and feeling great.
NOTE: Wait until skin is fully dry (at least two minutes) before applying sunscreen.
My recommended sunscreen is Science Color. It will protect your skin from the sun, do not clog your pores, works like makeup and heal your skin.
